Adult Counseling

I offer a variety of counseling services for adults:

• Individual counseling

• Couples counseling

• Parenting support including Child Parent Relationship Training

Adolescent Counseling

When working with teens and pre-teens, my goal is to provide support in navigating the exciting and challenging time that is adolescence. With pre-teens, I offer a mix of play and talk therapy depending on individual needs.

Child Counseling/Play Therapy

I provide child-centered play therapy for children between the ages of 3-9. This approach is developmentally appropriate and culturally inclusive. It also has a strong research base for a variety of childhood concerns. I specialize in working with children who have experienced trauma and children who were adopted.

Professional Supervision

I provide supervision services to LPC-Associates in the state of Texas as well as supervision to individuals seeking the Child-Centered Play Therapist - Practitioner credential.

Professional Development Presentations

I provide workshops and trainings on a variety of topics including play therapy and adolescent development. Audiences include mental health professionals, school personnel, and other professionals with direct contact with children and teens. 

Babysitter Classes

Periodically, I offer babysitter classes.
